Mose Tolliver
Mose Tolliver, or Mose "T" as many knew him, is considered one of the Grandfathers of the Folk Art World. He is known for his paintings of various animals, portraits, angels, buses, along with is scooter girls. All his paintings had an aluminum can tab applied on the back for a hanger.
